We believe we are called to be God's Presence within the Body of Christ and are confident that, by listening to Holy Spirit, we will be His agents bringing Love and Care into the everyday lives of those we serve.
It connects those in need of Care with those who provide Care in the following areas:

**Home/Hospital Visits.                   **Home Communion
